Shipping & Processing Policy
Thank you for shopping with Crickets And Ivy and our family of brands. We work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality and craftsmanship our customers expect.
Processing Times
Processing times vary depending on the type of product ordered.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Many in-stock products may ship the same business day if an order is placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM Eastern Time will generally ship on the next business day.
Handmade & Personalized Items
Handmade, customized, laser engraved, embellished, and personalized products require additional production time.
Most handmade and personalized orders ship within 1-7 business days, depending on the complexity of the item and current order volume.
Print-On-Demand (POD) Products
Print-on-demand products, including apparel and certain customized items, are produced specifically for each order.
Most POD orders ship within 2-10 business days before transit time.
Production times may increase during holidays, peak shopping periods, or promotional events.
Shipping Days
Orders are typically processed and shipped Monday through Friday.
Limited shipping may occur on Saturdays when available.
Orders are generally not processed or shipped on:
- Sundays
- Federal holidays
- Major carrier-observed holidays
Multiple Shipments
Because we offer a variety of handmade, personalized, and print-on-demand products, items within the same order may ship separately.
For example:
- Handmade products may ship directly from our studio.
- Print-on-demand items may ship from a production partner.
- Personalized items may require additional processing time.
Customers may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped using:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- Other approved delivery services
Carrier selection is determined based on destination, package size, and shipping efficiency.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs processing, peak seasons, or circumstances beyond our control are not eligible for refunds.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to an incorrect address, undeliverable address, or refusal of delivery may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.
